Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Berlin

Tasks

• Support the business with commercial matters, including legal advice, contract negotiation, and drafting.

• Explore tools and actively contribute to automating and standardising legal processes within the legal domain, fostering innovation along the way.

• Leading legal training for business stakeholders.

• Supporting strategies, templates, training, and policies by coordinating and assisting with roll-outs and implementations.

• Becoming a trusted business partner to stakeholder management team by building.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with commercial matters.

• Be a collaborative team player with a willingness to deliver successful solutions to interesting problems.

• Be client and partnership-focused with an approachable and flexible nature.

• Fluency in English and German.
